Yes.  It's important to understand that square metre rate inclusions vary between companies.  We recommend obtaining a breakdown of what's included in the quoted square meter rate. 

As every client has individual needs and expectations, we prefer to provide a detailed cost estimate after your initial Client Consultation Meeting and completed Sketch Design.  This ensures you will receive a competitive and relevant cost, based upon your individual requests and proposed tenancy. 

Yes, however we would prefer to have a Client Consultation Meeting with you first, to ensure you are completely satisfied with your intended practice design.  If desired we can review your drawings based upon building code compliance and provide feedback related to current dental industry practices.  

Yes.  We can meet you on site to discuss your proposed practice and highlight any design and/or construction constraints that are site specific.  Our experience regarding lease negotiation can highlight any hidden costs, before you sign your lease.

Yes.  Our extensive experience within the Dental Industry allows us to effectively produce practices that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.  During the design process we will ask questions to develop your own individual Client Design Brief and provide suggestions for improvements.  We can provide relevant industry contacts for your enquiries if preferred.

The best time to think about what you'd like is during the initial design stages, that rely on your Client Consultation Meeting/s.  We understand you may like to change your mind and we'll endeavour to make the process seamless.  

Many variables influence the completion date and we would prefer to discuss this further and provide suitable dates at your Client Consultation Meeting.  Dentifit's construction timeframes are very competitive as we work closely with our trusted contractors.  Timeframes are also dependant on receiving building approvals, design consultations and documentation.
