During your initial meeting whether On-Site or at the Dentifit Showroom we will discuss the Design & Construction Process. This will make your experience enjoyable and create an end result to be proud of.
We can meet with you on site to discuss any intentions and concerns you may have. While on-site a detailed inspection and measure can be undertaken to highlight any design & construction possibilities and limitations. Your design and cost estimates will now better reflect reality.
While discussing your options on site we will develop your individual requirements with your input. Alternatively you can make a list of any inclusions you'd like or special considerations to be accounted for.
Sketch Design Options will be provided for your consideration. The design options will show the floor layout possibilities of your selected site.
We will invite you to meet with us at the Dentifit Showroom to discuss your design options and provide guidance for finalising any remaining decisions you may have. Colour and finishes consultation can also be provided during this meeting.
If requested we can provide a cost estimate and outline possible construction start and completion dates.
Once you have formally agreed to continue with your project, Preliminary Design documentation and required building approvals can be commenced.
If needed an additional Client Consultation Meeting can be arranged. This could be to discuss any final details prior to construction. Usually most items are agreed to and finalised as early as possible to avoid delays, but we understand changes can happen. The Dentifit team will be available throughout the process to discuss any items with you.
A 'Master Builders' Construction Contract will be provided for Dentifit to commence construction.
During construction we will keep you up to date with progress and provide Project Management to meet your needs. Your point of contact will be the Dentifit team and we will organise all sub-contractors and consultants.
Our Site Supervisors Paul Gardener & Paul Micheelson take personal ownership of your project once construction begins, to ensure your project runs smoothly while under construction and to a top quality finish. Both Site Supervisors have been valuable team members since Dentifits' inception for 10+ years.
Clients are invited to site meetings during construction if you'd like to see how your project is progressing and what's involved behind the scene.
Once construction is completed we will hand-over your new practice to you. Pop your champagne and welcome your new patients.
