Dr Anthony McNaught had an opportunity to secure a premium professional suite in the new Westside Private Hospital facility which was both an ideal location and still convenient for his existing clients throughout the area.

Dr McNaught engaged Robyn Booth Architect to help him realise his vision for the design. For the overall aesthetic, the client wanted to achieve a Scandinavian feel with clean lines and minimalistic detailing however, it was still vital that patients felt welcome as soon as they stepped through the door.

The client’s love of mid-century design is reflected in the use of crisp white finishes and light timber veneer. French Navy is the clients favourite colour and so we used it for the laminate accents to soften the contrast between the timber and white palette. What’s more, the colours on the signage blended perfectly with the suite design.

The softness and warmth of the refresh vanity which is positioned outside the surgery rooms enhances the welcoming feel of the suite design for client comfort.

The team at Westside Endodontics specialise in root canal therapy, which meant that our fit out had to be carefully tailored to the needs of Dr Mc Naught and his highly specialised range of services.
